SOEL has 11 Schwinn Authentic Cycling Indoor Cycles. They are high quality bikes that are easy to set up. In case you are new to indoor cycling there are (4) different bike adjustments.
REMINDER! If you are new to indoor cycling, please arrive at least 15 minutes early to your ride to receive an accurate bike fitting to insure an optimal, comfortable ride. We will log your setting for future rides.
Arrive early. Last minute set up is never good for anyone. It's awesome to arrive at least 15 minutes before your class begins. Please notify the front desk if you're a newbie to receive the professional fit everyone deserves. Mats, blocks, straps and blankets are all available for complimentary yoga use!

A tee or tank on top and form fitting pants or shorts on the bottom. Our bikes have "SPD" compatible pedals, please feel free to bring your clip in shoes! You will need your tennis shoes for CrossFire and Grit & Grind classes. Leave your shoes at the door for yoga!
We aren't your mama, but she would tell you this and we agree...eat a little something 30 minutes before you ride.
Please come hydrated. Be sure to consume water before, during and after your ride.
We need your stats. Upon arrival, please fill out a new to SOEL waiver and review the bike safety instructions. *PLEASE NOTE: participants under 18 years of age must have their parent or guardian sign the waiver in person.
SOEL's Vinyasa Flow Yoga, TRX, Studio Cycle, CrossFire and Grit & Grind classes are full-body training sessions and with any new fitness routine, you may want to consult your physician before your first SOEL experience. Please let us know any concerns or questions you may have...we are happy to help!
Before class be sure to check that all (4) adjustment locations are tightly secured, your shoes are secured in the cages or cleats and test your brake. SOEL's instructors will coach, motivate and inspire you to give it your all, however please be sure to listen to your body and work at your own pace when needed. Stay hydrated and continue to hydrate after class.
